No. Guests open your invitation website in their mobile browser to see ceremony details, venue directions, and an RSVP form. They can record attendance for each ceremony and share contact, arrival, and stay information without creating an account or installing an app.
Yes. Families can invite co-hosts and connect a planning agency. Planners manage client weddings and team work in their own workspace, while families review shared progress and respond to proposals. Internal agency notes and fee records remain separate from the family view.
Guests respond for each ceremony included in their invitation, such as Haldi, Sangeet, the wedding, and Reception. Families and planners can review ceremony-specific attendance rather than relying on one overall headcount.
Record hotels, room numbers, arrival locations and times, transport details, and pickup requirements against guests. Filter the directory and export guest records for coordination. These tools organise information; they do not book hotels or transport.
Open a personalised WhatsApp invitation from the guest list and send it yourself, or use available broadcast tools when WhatsApp is configured and credits are available. Linked family hosts can ask the assistant about guest replies and supported planning updates. Planners coordinate their teams through the planner workspace.
